DeKalb County. With an estimated 700,000 residents, DeKalb
is Georgia’s second largest county and one of the largest
in the southeastern United States.

Although Trinity
Park is located in the affluent suburbs of south DeKalb County,
it is only 15 minutes from Downtown Atlanta. With 136,776
people working Downtown, it is the metro region’s densest
concentration of employment in any one area. Downtown Atlanta
is also home to several of the world’s top corporations
including Georgia Pacific, Sun Trust, Coca-Cola Corporation,
Southern Company, and Cox Communications. Georgia State University
and Georgia Tech are also located in or near Downtown.

and restaurants at the nearby Stonecrest Mall area. Since
it opened in 2001, The Mall at Stonecrest has become the new
center of commercial and residential development in eastern
metro Atlanta. The mall itself encompasses 1.3 million square
feet and is anchored by Macy’s Dillard, Parisian, J.C.
Penney, Sears and AMC Theaters.

Trinity Park is approximately 15 minutes from Hartsfield Jackson,
the world’s busiest airport. In 2000, over 80 million
passengers passed through Hartsfield Jackson. The airport
is also considered to be the largest single employment center
in the State of Georgia with approximately 55,200 employees
space.
